At SHAZ, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and made to order by skilled artisans in our Dubai atelier. Due to the bespoke nature of our garments, please review our returns and exchanges policy carefully before placing an order.


🛑 Made-to-Order Policy

All SHAZ garments are made specifically for each customer after an order is placed. As a result, standard return policies applicable to ready-to-ship items do not always apply.

At SHAZ, every piece is handcrafted to order by skilled artisans in our Dubai atelier. Each garment requires significant time and craftsmanship, which is why our return policy is structured carefully to protect both our customers and our artisans.

Please read the policy below before placing your order.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Non-defective returns are only accepted in cases where the item received differs from the order placed (e.g. incorrect design or color sent by SHAZ)


✅ Eligible for Return

  1. Defective items
  2. Items damaged during transit
  3. Incorrect item received (wrong design or color)

❌ Not Eligible for Return

  1. Size or fit issues
  2. Change of mind after purchase
  3. Custom or made-to-order items that are not defective
  4. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, washing, or damage after delivery
  5. Refunds are not issued for size or fit preferences, as all garments are made to order.

All returned items must be:

  1. Unworn and unused
  2. In original condition
  3. With original tags and packaging intact


Exchanges

As all SHAZ pieces are made to order, exchanges are not accepted, including size or color exchanges.

We strongly recommend reviewing our size guide carefully before placing your order.


Return Request Process

Include the following details:

  1. Order number
  2. Reason for return
  3. Clear photos (for defective or damaged items)

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with next steps.


Return Shipping

  1. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or error on our part.
  2. Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions and the return address.
  3. We recommend using a trackable courier service, as SHAZ is not responsible for lost return shipments.


Refunds

  1. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  2. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  3. Bank or card provider processing times may vary.


Cash on Delivery (UAE Only)

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  1. Refunds are processed via bank transfer after verification
  2. Customers may be asked to provide bank details


International Orders

  1. Customs duties, taxes, and international return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  2. International customers are responsible for any return shipment fees unless the item is defective.
